Milton Carnegie, boxing coach and strength trainer focused on conditioning.

Milton Carnegie has been in the fitness industry for the past 8 years as a personal trainer and group instructor. Milton’s journey started when he entered his first obstacle course race, just to try something fun and set a goal for himself. From that experience, he fell in love with the idea of helping people push past their perceived boundaries and live better, with guided exercises.  In learning how to train people better, Milton completed his NASM-CPT and ISSA CPT certifications, in addition to a specialization in Boxing. From his experience with working in gyms such as Equinox and F45, Milton is highly skilled in Powerlifting, Strength & Conditioning and Mobility programming for people of all fitness levels. His ultimate goal for every client he works with is to give them the tools to be stronger, feel better and move better in their everyday lives.
