Jessy Mena, functional strength coach with a focus on movement and mobility. Jessy’s love for dance, staying active and helping others served as her stepping stone into making fitness a career. She is certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a certification in Kettlebell athletics.

She is a versatile trainer that specializes in weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, strength training, conditioning, functional movement and more.  Before discovering her love for strength training, she started as a professionally trained dancer who uses those skills to hone in on detailed movement patterns for her clients. Offering a holistic approach to wellness, She recognizes that every one of her clients has unique goals and motivations that goes beyond physical fitness that include improving mental health, learning a new style of training, general well-being and confidence.
