You can sign up for any class through our class schedule using Mindbody. Simply choose your class, reserve your spot, and show up ready to train!

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to take a class?

Not at all! Our group fitness classes are designed for all experience levels, and our instructors offer modifications and progressions to meet your needs. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll get a great workout at your own pace.

Are class sizes limited?

Yes! To ensure personalized attention and high-quality instruction, our group fitness classes are capped at 8-10 participants per session. This allows instructors to provide hands-on guidance and modifications as needed.

Are there showers or changing rooms available?

Yes! We have fully equipped locker rooms with showers and storage.

Take 10 or more classes per month? 

Take advantage of our Monthly Subscription options and save! Monthly classes expire one month from initial use and classes DO NOT roll over. Unlimited class subscriptions are not transferable and must be used by the person named on the account. 10 Class Passes are shareable but must be all used in the allotted time frame.
