Our small Group Fitness are designed to be more intimate and personal; capped at 8-10 people so that you still get more attention from the instructor instead of just getting lost in the crowd. 
 With a wide variety of tools and equipment at our disposal, you can always be sure that our classes will be different, unique, and effective! We place an emphasis on functional training and proper movement & mobility work for a tough, but doable, workout that can be scaled to any fitness level or limitation and will leave you feeling stronger and moving pain-free.

Purchase Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness class sessions are valid for any classes on our schedule. Classes are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

Take 10 or more classes per month?  Take advantage of our Monthly Subscription options and save!  Monthly classes expire one month from initial use and classes DO NOT roll over.  Unlimited class subscriptions are not transferable and must be used by the person named on the account.  10 Class Passes are shareable but must be all used in the allotted time frame.
