Our small group fitness classes are designed to be intimate, with a cap of 8–10 participants to ensure you receive focused attention from the instructor without feeling lost in the crowd.
We incorporate a wide range of equipment and training methods to ensure every class is unique, functional, and effective. Our emphasis on proper movement, mobility, and functional training delivers challenging yet approachable workouts that can be scaled to any fitness level or limitation, leaving you feeling stronger and moving pain-free.
Group Fitness class sessions are valid for any classes on our schedule. Classes are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.
Take 10 or more classes per month?
Take advantage of our Monthly Subscription options and save! Monthly classes expire one month from initial use and classes DO NOT roll over. Unlimited class subscriptions are not transferable and must be used by the person named on the account. 10 Class Passes are shareable but must be all used in the allotted time frame.
