Sophie Priebes Personal Trainer – Yoga Instructor

Sophie Priebes, personal trainer and yoga instructor specializing in strength and flexibility.

Hailing from Wisconsin, Sophie has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science along with a diverse set of certifications. Starting in college, she began teaching group classes ranging from HIIT, low-impact mat, cycling (SPIN cycling instructor certification) and yoga (500 hour RYT).
 
Sophie loves to weave in all of her specialties when she trains to create a well rounded experience for her clients. Pairing her expertise with Strength and Conditioning with her 500hr Yoga teacher training, Sophie will create a customized training program for you focusing on strength and mobility in order to get you the best results possible while still feeling loose and limber. Sophie is very hands on in her approach to training, honing in on form, alignment and technique to ensure you get the most out of each session.
