Tyler Johnson has been a personal training for 8 years and has a degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Penn State University. Tyler has a specialization in strength and conditioning as well as corrective exercises and loves working with all types of people to helping them reach their goals! Tyler is a people person and enjoys  working with and building healthy, positive relationships.He has a background in track and field and football and loves working with athletes to anyone trying to become healthier physically and mentally!
